Payment Policy

Custom and made-to-order products will enter production after the order details and payment have been confirmed. Ready-made products are generally prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom and made-to-order products may require 5–10 business days or longer, depending on the design, printing time, and hand-finishing required. Delivery times and courier charges depend on the destination and available delivery options. Any estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and may vary. Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order. Collection is available only where offered and arranged through the shop.
Refund Policy
At Ultimate 3D Creations, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from its description, please contact us through DotDune as soon as possible and provide your order details and photographs where applicable.

Our products are created using 3D printing and, where applicable, individual hand-painting and finishing.
