Products marked “Order Only” are not immediately available in store.

The estimated lead time is approximately 10–14 days from confirmation of payment. While we do our best to meet this timeframe, occasional supplier, shipping, customs or other unforeseen delays may occur.

Payment

Full payment is required to confirm all Order Only purchases.

Your order will only be placed with our supplier once payment has been received and confirmed.

Payments are processed through DOTDUNE and can be made using the payment methods available on the DOTDUNE platform, including:

Once payment has been confirmed, your DUB HAUS item will be ordered and the estimated 10–14 day lead time will begin.

Customers will be contacted once their order has arrived and is ready for collection or delivery.

Cancellations

Because Order Only products are specifically sourced after payment, cancellation requests may be subject to the status of the supplier order and the applicable DOTDUNE Terms, Conditions and Returns Policy.

Any approved return, exchange or account credit will be handled in accordance with DOTDUNE's applicable policies and the customer's statutory rights.

Availability

Supplier availability can change without notice. In the unlikely event that an ordered product becomes unavailable after payment, the customer will be contacted to arrange a suitable alternative or resolution in accordance with DOTDUNE's applicable policies.

Delivery Policy

Most DUB HAUS products are supplied on an Order Only basis and have an estimated lead time of approximately 10–14 days from confirmation of payment.

Please note that the 10–14 day period refers to the estimated time required for your product to be sourced and arrive at DOTDUNE. Delivery or courier time to the customer may be additional.

Collection in Windhoek

Once your order has arrived, customers may collect their order from:

DOTDUNE – Shop 22, Maerua Mall, Windhoek

Customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection.

Nationwide Delivery

DUB HAUS orders can be delivered anywhere in Namibia through DOTDUNE's available delivery and courier options.

Courier or delivery charges may apply depending on the customer's location, parcel size and selected delivery method. Additional courier charges may apply to remote areas.

Dispatch

Once an Order Only product has arrived at DOTDUNE, the customer will be notified and the order will be prepared for collection or dispatch.

Delivery times after dispatch will depend on the customer's location and the courier service used.

Delays

The 10–14 day lead time is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Occasional delays may occur due to supplier availability, international shipping, customs clearance, public holidays or circumstances outside the reasonable control of DUB HAUS or DOTDUNE.

Should a significant delay occur, we will communicate with the customer and provide an update on their order.

Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order. DUB HAUS and DOTDUNE cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

All DUB HAUS orders and deliveries remain subject to the applicable DOTDUNE Terms & Conditions and delivery policies.

Refund Policy

Most DUB HAUS products are specially sourced on an Order Only basis once payment has been received.

If you change your mind after an order has already been placed with our supplier, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation will depend on whether the supplier order can still be cancelled and will remain subject to the applicable DOTDUNE Terms & Conditions and your statutory rights.

Returns

Qualifying products may be returned within 30 days of delivery or collection, provided that the product:

Is unused and undamaged;
Is returned in its original packaging;
Has all original labels, stickers and seals intact where applicable;
Includes all accessories, components and parts supplied with the product; and
Otherwise qualifies for return under the DOTDUNE Returns Policy.

Returned products may be inspected before the return is approved.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or is not the product you ordered, please contact DOTDUNE as soon as possible.

Once the return has been inspected and approved, the product may be repaired, replaced or credited in accordance with the DOTDUNE Returns Policy and any applicable supplier or manufacturer warranty.

Refunds & Store Credit

Approved returns and refunds will be processed in accordance with the DOTDUNE Returns & Refund Policy.

Where applicable, the purchase value may be issued as DOTDUNE account/store credit rather than a cash refund.

Return Delivery Costs

Where a product is returned because of a confirmed defect, incorrect item or other issue attributable to the order, return arrangements will be handled in accordance with the DOTDUNE Returns Policy.

Customers may be responsible for collection, courier or return costs where a returned product does not meet the requirements of the applicable returns policy.

The estimated 10–14 day sourcing period for Order Only products does not constitute a defect and may occasionally be affected by supplier, shipping, customs or other unforeseen delays.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights customers may have under applicable law.
